abstract The utility model relates to the field of radio engineering, in particular to the field of development of powerful resistors intended for use in pulsed technology as a final load, as well as the equivalent of antennas of various transmitters. The objective of the proposed technical solution is to reduce the temperature gradient along the surface of the resistor, increase the power of the resistor, reduce the complexity of manufacturing and increase the accuracy of the resistance of the resistor. The task is achieved by the design of the resistor, consisting of a multilayer film of titanium-tantalum-yttrium, connected to a ceramic heat sink. The resistor contains a dielectric substrate and a multilayer film of titanium-tantalum-yttrium resistive materials formed on it, with deposited contacts connected to the ribbon terminals, with a central heat sink contact, placed on a heat sink base, closed by a heat sink ceramic lid, the lid being connected to the central contact by soldering by a roller made of solder.
