A compound of formula I: wherein: R 1 is hydrogen, -CH 2 OC (O) C (CH 3) 3, or an acyl group, R 2 is hydrogen, -CH 2 O-C (O) C (CH 3) 3, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, aryl, aryl- (C1-C4-alkyl), or diphenylmethyl; X is - (CH2) n wherein n is 0 or 1, -S-, -O-, wherein R3 is hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl, aryl, or aryl- (C1-C4-alkyl), and R4 is -CF3, C1-C10-alkyl, aryl, or aryl- (C1-C4-alkyl), B1 and B2 are each independently hydrogen, hydroxy, or -OR5, wherein R5 is C1-C4-alkyl, aryl, or aryl- (C1-C4-alkyl), or, where B1 and B2 are attached to adjacent carbon atoms, B1 and B2 may together with adjacent carbon atoms form a benzene ring or methylenedioxy; wherein the aryl is a phenyl or naphthyl group unsubstituted or substituted with one to three substituents selected from the group consisting of methylenedioxy, hydroxy, C1-C4-alkoxy, fluorine and chlorine; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or stereoisomers thereof |
