abstract The present invention relates to novel fusion proteins of a binding domain and an immunoglobulin, which contain a binding domain for related structures, such as antigens, antireceptors and the like, wild-type IgG, IGA or IgE hinge region, i. CH2 region IgE polypeptide or IgG I hinge region mutant polypeptide containing none, one or two cysteine residues, as well as CH2 and CH3 domains of immunoglobulins, which are capable of ADCC and / or CDC, and which most commonly appear as polypeptides whose ability is to create multimers linked by disulfide bonds reduced. Fusion proteins can be obtained by recombinant techniques, at high levels of expression. Related preparations and methods are also provided, including forms of recombinant proteins that bind to the cell surface, as well as immunotherapeutic applications of fusion proteins and polynucleotides encoding such fusion proteins.
