Synergistic combinations of a macrolide immunomodulator and a T-cell immunosuppressant, such as 33-epichloro-33-deoxyascomycin I and a local anesthetic, such as lidocaine, polidocanol or prilocaine, have been described, which are particularly useful in the treatment of dermatological diseases such as atopic seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, post-dandruff phase, pruritus, burning or itching sensation; and accompanying pain. |
