abstract The present invention provides a sterile aqueous suspension containing ciclesonide sterilized in an autoclave, wherein the concentration of ciclesonide, after treatment in the autoclave, is 95% or more, compared to the concentration before treatment in the autoclave. Also, the present invention provides a process for preparing a sterile, ciclesonide-containing aqueous suspension, comprising the step of autoclaving a ciclesonide-containing aqueous suspension.
