titleOfInvention AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION, FOR BIOFERMENTATION
abstract The invention relates to an automatic plant for biofermentation and is intended for the cultivation of bacterial germs under special conditions of sterility, temperature, pH, agitation, dissolved oxygen, etc. The main advantages of the invention consist in the use of heat-sterilizable transducers for the control of dissolved pH and oxygen, controlling the operation of the entire plant, including sterilizing it automatically. To prevent the formation of foam in the fermentation process, the plant is provided with an automatic valve that controls the air flow, depending on the amount of oxygen dissolved in the culture medium. The plant can be used in all research and microproduction laboratories of biological preparations.
