The invention relates to a process for the preparation of cyclic peptide derivatives, which process consists in the fact that a cyclic peptide containing independent radicals, hydrogen or an amino protecting group, is acylated with an acid of general formula III: (see formula) or a derivative thereof, in dimethylformamide medium, at room temperature and under nitrogen pressure, and if desired, remove the protective groups present after the reaction. |
