abstract | The invention relates to a method for obtaining a standard ladder for the rapid determination of anemia, which consists in the fact that the freshly harvested capillary blood in the presence of anticoagulant and from the donors having a normal hemoglobin content is mixed with the aqueous glucose solution 5 % in a ratio of 0: 10 ..... 9: 1, to obtain dilutions of 100 ... 10%, after which, from each dilution, take a drop that is put on a filter paper and the color obtained is reproduced, by known typographic procedures, to obtain a standard ladder that ultimately represents grams of hemoglobin per 100 ml of blood. |
