abstract The invention refers to a sports article of weighted bandage type, with variable mass, which is fixed on the forearm and/or calf, intended for any physical exercises and sports activities involving movements of the upper and/or lower limbs. The sports article, according to the invention, is made up of three parts (1, 2 and 3 and 4) at the beginning, middle and respectively the end, detachable from each other, each part presenting an internal and an external surface, and it consists of a or several flexible strips on whose inner surface are fixed some strips (11, 12, 28, 52 and 53) oblique, transversally parallel "puff" type, and on their outer surface some strips (13, 14, 15 , 43 and 54) transversely parallel oblique "ladder" type, so that when winding the strips overlap in the shape of the letter "X", the first part (1) at the beginning consists of a flexible strip (5) that starts with a loop (10) which forms a "lasso" type attachment and ends with some "ladder" type fixing means (16), the middle part is made up of two modules (2 and 3), each made up of two strips (21, 22 and 36, 37) flexible and respectively overlapping, between which weighting elements are inserted, the last part (4) to be nal consists of a flexible strip (47) finished with some fastening means, namely a strip (55) of the "puff" type on the external surface and a strip (51) of the "scai" type on the internal surface, each side or the module having some means (17, 34, 35 and 16, 33, 42) of "puff" or "stair" type joining for the attachment to the other adjacent detachable parts.
