abstract The invention relates to a process for obtaining a 3D platform with controlled release of drugs for cancer therapy. The process according to the invention consists in the steps of generating an initial nanohydrogel-type platform consisting of chemically modified fibroin nanoparticles, loading with a 5-fluorouracil anti-tumor drug by immersion in a drug solution with concentrations of 2. ..6% by mass relative to the nanohydrogel mass, the introduction of nanohydrogel-type platforms into chitosan capsules and the sealing of the capsule with vinyl alcohol, resulting in a final 3 D-type controlled-release capsule platform for oral administration.
