abstract The invention relates to a process for obtaining a fish protein hydrolyzate with biostimulant properties for plants. The process according to the invention consists in the extraction of bioactive peptides from fish by-products, by decalcification and tissue delipidization treatments, enzymatic hydrolysis with one or two enzymes in succession, hydrolysis of glutamine groups with glutaminase, followed by tangential ultrafiltration and atomic drying. Peptide composition packaged in powder form, having a protein content of more than 85%, up to 2% lipids, respectively 1.5% ash and a molecular weight of 3000 Da.
