abstract The invention relates to topical dermato - cosmetic preparations of bioadhesive gels type with dermal tissue regeneration effect based on by-products from marine bioresources of gelatin type lyophilized powder of mollusk species Rapana venosa associated with hydroalcoholic extracts from green macrophyte seaweed species, incorporated in hydrophilic gel bases consisting of carbopols and peppermint oil, which have antioxidant antimicrobial activity and healing action. The dermato - cosmetic preparations according to the invention have the following composition expressed in weight percent: Carbopol 940 NF 0.35 ... 1% hydrophilic gel, Ultrez 10 NF 0.35 ... 1% Carbopol hydrophilic gel, lyophilized gelatin powder from Rapana venosa 0.1 ... 4%, triethanolamine 0.35 ... 1%, citric acid 0.05 ... 0.1%, citromycin grapefruit seed extract 0.1 ... 0.5% , volatile peppermint oil 0.1 ... 0.6%, hydroalcoholic extract 96% of green seaweed of the species Cladophora sp. and Ulva sp. 10% 1 ... 3% and purified water up to 100%, bioadhesive gels being transparent from pale yellow to light green, have a characteristic slightly mentholated smell, have firmness, adhesiveness, consistency, a good stretching capacity, have a pH and an optimal degree of penetration into the dermal tissue and packed in aminoplast boxes stored and stored in cool places away from light.
