The invention relates to a process for the preparation of O-aryl-carbamoyl-oxymino-fluoren derivative compounds used in pharmaceutical compositions. The process according to the invention consists in refluxing 9-fluorenone with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in a molar ratio of 1: 1.3, in methanol reaction medium, resulting in fluoren-9-on-oxime which is refluxed with arylisocyanates in a ratio of 1: 1 in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran reaction medium, resulting in derivatives of formula 1a-d, wherein R = mono- or disubstituted phenyl, the compounds having low toxicity, being intended for bactericidal, fungicidal and antibiofilm treatment. |
