The material according to the invention consists of a support material with the following composition expressed in mass percentages: 86 ... 94% glass waste, 5 ... 10% eggshell waste added as a foaming agent and 1 ... 4 % anhydrous Epsom salt added as a binder, and on the surface of the obtained support material the oxide powder of Zn is deposited and stabilized in a mass ratio between 1/1000 ... 5/1000. The process according to the invention has the following steps: 1. obtaining the support material by washing and drying the glass and eggshells, grinding them, together with the Epsom salt, in a planetary ball mill, until all the powder is passed through the mesh screen 63 μm, pressing the powder cold as capsules, drying the capsules at a temperature between 100 ... 150 ° C for 24 hours and then sintered at a temperature of 750 ° C with a bearing of 1 ... 3 hours; 2. ZnO deposition on the surface of the supportive foam material by orbital shaking of the oxide powder previously dispersed in ultrapure water, in a mass ratio between 1/1000 ... 5/1000 and subsequently fixed by autoclaving at a temperature between 110 ... 150 ° C for up to 1 h, and finally the MS / ZnO composite material is dried at a temperature between 90 ... 150 ° C for 1 ... 2 h.
