titleOfInvention NATURAL PREPARATIONS OF ANTIFUNGAL ACTION USED AS PROTECTION AGENCIES IN LEGUME CREAMS
abstract The invention relates to naturally occurring nanoemulsions with antifungal action intended for vegetable and foliar and / or root crops, based on essential oils from families with natural organic excipients: dill - oregano, dill - tymus, fennel - tymus or coriander - saturaja. The preparations according to the invention consist of a mixture of active principles represented by essential oils selected from the following plants, expressed as percentage by weight: dill, fennel, colander, oregano, thyme and thyme in proportions of 0.3-2%, lecithin from soybean in the amount of 0.01 ... 0.05%, gelatin between 0.05-0.05% and the difference to 100% water. According to the invention, the process according to the invention has the following steps: a. Sorting the plant matrices, namely the family and family of inflorescences and strains belonging to the family, separating them from the coarse impurities, dried at ambient temperature and grinding with a Grindomix Retsch laboratory mill at a 1000 rpm for 60 s; b. Extraction of volatile essential oils by water vapor drift using the Clevenger extraction system, with extraction yields ranging from 0.5 to 4%, followed by packing, labeling and storage at 2. .4 ° C until used in tests and emulsions, c. The preparation of nanoemulsions was performed by ultrasonication at 25 ° C using Sonic Vibracel WCX130 with a power of 130 W and a frequency of 20 kHz, obtaining 4 variants dill work - oregano, dill - tymus, fennel - tymus and coriander - satureja that were used to obtain nanoemulsions together with certain proportions of lecithin and gelatin depending on the plant matrix used.
