The composition according to the invention is in the form of a brownish, bitter and aromatic flavor solution having a content of 2.93-3.92 g / 100 g total polyphenols, expressed in gallic acid. According to the invention, the process consists in the two step successive extraction of the active principles of the starting material consisting of micromachines, individually or in mixture, in a volume ratio of 2/1/1 or 1/2/1, respectively, with ethyl acetate in a 1/10 m / v ratio of 1/10 m / v and 50% ethyl alcohol in a 1/10 m / v ratio, after which the extractive solutions of the two steps are combined and concentrated to a predetermined volume. |
