titleOfInvention BIOCOMPOSIT MEDICAL DEVICE FOR THE EXTENSIVE RECONSTRUCTION OF MOUNTAIN TISSUES
abstract The invention relates to a biocomposite medical device for the extensive reconstruction of soft tissues and to a method of manufacturing it. According to the invention, the device consists of a resistance layer (1) made of woven silk fibers, a medical RTV silicone membrane (2) reinforced with a silk fiber zone (3), an area (4) polyester reinforcement and modular clamping elements. The method of manufacture according to the invention has three stages: 1. fixing the woven silk fiber web layer (1) to the lower cavity mold cavity; 2. manufacturing the silk fiber reinforcing zone (3) of the membrane ( 2) reinforced silicone, 3. manufacture of polyester fiber reinforcing zone (4) made up of reinforced silicone membrane (2).
