titleOfInvention PREPARATIONS OF FERTILIZING ROLE, BASED ON SECONDARY PRODUCTS RESULTING FROM THE PACKAGING DUST INDUSTRY
abstract The invention relates to fertilizer preparations obtained from the by-products resulting from the process of producing the bakery yeast, such as wine, the sludge from the wastewater treatment of the same process, and dehydrated vegetable fiber in powder form, the preparations being used as fertilizer in agriculture and horticulture. The preparations according to the invention are obtained at pH values of 7 ... 8 and containing 40 ... 50% by volume by mixing in a ratio of 5/4/1; 5.5 / 3 / 1.5 parts of wine obtained from the process of obtaining the baked yeast concentrate at 60-65% s.c., concentrated sludge at 40% s.c. obtained from the treatment of wastewaters resulting from the same process and stabilized by treatment with Ca salts to a pH of 11 ... 11.5 and plant fiber powder. The process according to the invention consists in mixing in a ratio of 5/4/1; 5 / 5,5 / 1,5 parts of the walnut resulting from the baking yeast process, concentrated to 60 ... 65% b.w. in a multi-effect evaporation plant, with the sludge obtained from the waste water treatment resulting from the process of producing yeast, concentrated to 40% s.c. by settling and stabilized at a pH of between 11 and 11.5 by treatment with Ca salts and dehydrated vegetable fiber powder.
