titleOfInvention | PROCEDURE FOR IMMUNOLOGICAL TREATMENT WITH PC2 BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS IN THE BROAD EPIDERMOLIS |
abstract | The invention relates to a process for the production of biological products used in the treatment of bullous epidermolysis with pathogen-infected lesions. According to the invention, the process consists in preparing a mixture of inactivated bacterial and fungal antigens, pathogenic to humans, for general treatment, and bacterial strains taken from bullous lesions of patients with bullous epidermolysis for the personalized treatment; the antigens are inoculated into conventional or free-range specific hens (SPF), and after the immunization period eggs are collected to assess the immune response, which is processed by extraction techniques to obtain Y-IgGs as specific antibodies to the antigens inoculated, immunologically active fractions with antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effect are isolated from the white, the resulting proteins are conditioned as whole egg powder, lyophilized powder, pourable, sprayable or aerosol sterile solution for the local administration route and as ointment / cream containing IgY for the route of administration. |
