The invention relates to a process for obtaining a product with applicability in the targeting of neoplastic cells in colon cancer, and the selectivity of the photothermic effect. The process according to the invention consists in that, in the first step, citrate-stabilized gold nanoparticles, which are then replaced by thioctic acid, then functionalized by covalently binding to the anti-MUC-1 antibody, the functionalized nanoparticles are subjected to successive stages of centrifugation and redispersion by ultrasonography in bidistilled water to eliminate secondary reaction products. |
