titleOfInvention | PROCEDURE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PLASTIC MATERIAL WASTES AND PLANT FOR THEIR PLACING |
abstract | The invention relates to a process and a plant for the processing of plastic waste. According to the invention, the process consists in the thermal decomposition of waste at a temperature of 300 DEG C. for 12 to 15 hours, resulting in pyrolysis gases and liquid residues from which hydrocarbon water is separated, the water being collected and reused, the liquid residue is mixed with the liquid residue resulting from gas condensation and collected in metallic tanks, and the gaseous component is reintroduced into the process. According to the invention, the plant comprises an automatic waste feeder (2), a reactor (4) connected to a catalytic chamber (6), a water-residue separator (8), condensing means (22, 14, 15) metallic reservoirs (21) for liquid waste collection. |
