titleOfInvention REACTOR CATALITIC EXTRACTOR
abstract The invention relates to a catalytic reactor extracting a heterogeneous modular chemical system, with continuous recirculation processing, intended for the production of fuel ethyl esters. The reactor according to the invention consists of a rotor extractor module (), a turbine () for recirculating the extraction mass, which communicates with a filter () separating the solid phase, and the vacuum evaporator () of the extraction solvent, with the condenser () vapor of the extraction solvent, the vegetable oil entering the transesterifying catalytic module (), which further communicates with a catalyst () catalyst of immiscible liquid phases of ethyl esters, glycerin and ethanol, and the miscible phase enters a evaporator () in vacuum of glycerin and ethanol, which communicates with a vapor condenser (), the basic catalyst being recirculated from the vaporizer () to the transesterifier catalytic module () with liquid ethanol, by means of the pressure difference.
