abstract The invention relates to an injector intended for the implantation of crystalline sac tensioning rings used in cataract surgery. According to the invention, the injector comprises a tubular body (1) within which a piston (2) moves, at its front part the body (1) having a conical part (1a), from which a cannula (3) a tensioning ring, a spring (4) mounted inside the body (1) is loaded and subsequently delivered, which is intended to distribute the piston (2) from the conical portion (1a) of the body (1) to the front end (5) for fastening the tension ring to be implanted in the crystalline bag, at the front of the cannula (3) there being provided a support arm (6), which is inclined with respect to the axis longitudinal groove of the cannula (3), the support arm (6) being provided with a fastening means (7) arranged transversely thereto.
