titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR OBTAINING A WINE FERTILIZER |
abstract | The invention refers to a process for obtainment from vinasse of an organo- mineral fertilizer that contains humic acids, and a nitrogen fertilizer with osmo- protectant action due to the presence of (glycine)betaine. The process consists of the following steps: separation of an yeast concentrate from vinasse; high pressure homogenization of yeast concentrate; addition of steel slag in clarified vinasse and maintaining vinasse on aerated and agitated medium, in order to promote the catalytic action of manganese and iron oxides present in steel slag on the reaction of humification of fulvic acids to humic acids; precipitation of humic acids by addition of bio-char and acidification; separation of the filtrate and use as osmo-protectant fertilizer; pelletizing of the precipitate together with yeast homogenate, bio-char and softwood sawdust, in order to obtain an organo-mineral fertilizer. |
