titleOfInvention EFFECTIVE BIOPREPARATION THROUGH PATHOGENIC MICRO-ORGANISMS OF PLANTS AND PROCESSING PROCESS
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a microbial bioproduct used as a broad spectrum biopesticide against phytopathogenic microorganisms, applied to seed, plant or soil, consisting of two bacterial strains, and to a process for the preparation thereof. The microbial bioproduct according to the invention consists of the Serratia fonticola B17 strain (NCAIM (P) B 001399) and the Pseudomonas fluorescens E8 strain (NCAIM (P) B 00198 deposit) isolated from the tissues of native bryophytes associated in gravimetric ratio 1: 1. The process for obtaining the bioproduct consists in the fact that it comprises obtaining an inoculum by culturing the strains Serratia fonticola B17 and Pseudomonas fluorescens E8 on environments containing sucrose as a source of carbon, soybean meal as a source of nitrogen and mineral salts at a 28 ° C for 24 hours with stirring and mixing the two obtained biomass in a gravimetric ratio of 1: 1.
