titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR TEMPORARY GROWTH OF PHYTOSINOXES BY REPLACING AGAR-AGAR WITH A SYNTHETIC GELIFIANCE AGENT
abstract The invention relates to a method of preserving phytoinocultures. According to the invention, the method consists in cultivating phytoinocultures in a slow growth regime in a polymethyl vinyl ether-type culture medium in combination with maleic acid, sodium salts, calcium salts, a mixture of petroleum and liquid paraffin, and a cellulose gum, the form of a semisolid consistency paste, which results in a decrease in the number of subcultures, without affecting the regenerative capacity of the phytoinocultures.
