titleOfInvention AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION FOR BIOGAS PRODUCTION
abstract The invention relates to an automated anaerobic fermentation plant for the production of biogas by processing organic raw materials with applications in agriculture and in particular on medium-sized agricultural farms. According to the invention, the plant consists of an assembly of construction-functional elements connected by pipelines starting with a collecting-mixing basin (1) in which, with the raw material, the mixing water taken from the domestic water network is introduced, (2), the mixture being taken up by a pump (3) with a crusher, immersed and displaceable in the tank (1), which ensures its homogenization and pumping into a horizontal fermenter (4) where the anaerobic fermentation takes place and the production of the biogas at the top of the fermenter (4), the resulting biogas being collected in a storage-storage tank (7), of which by means of a compressor (13), a suction line (12) and a pipe (14), part of the biogas produced by means of a closed circuit sputter the aqueous suspension of feedstock from the fermenter (4) through the outlet of some sputtering funnels (15) , the remainder of the gas supplying a boiler (16) converting its energy into hot water, and for the thermal conditioning of the aqueous slurry in the fermenter (4), an independent circuit is used which, by controlling and controlling an electroweter (17) of a hot liquid pump (18) sends a thermal agent taken from the boiler to a coil (19) placed in the fermenter (4), the cooled heat agent being taken up by a return pipe (20) to
