According to the invention, the composition comprises 42...44% total grinding flour, 18...20% water, 18...20% diabetic-diet jam, 5...7% eggs, 3...4.5% ground walnuts, 2...4% sunflower oil, 1.8...2.5% fructose, 1.4...2.5% compressed yeast, 0.2...0.3% salt, the percentage being expressed by weight. |
