titleOfInvention | FERTILIZER, HUMIDIFYING SUBSTANCES, PROCESSING METHOD AND APPLICATION METHOD |
abstract | The invention relates to a fertilizer and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the fertilizer comprises 0.9...47.2 g/l of total nitrogen, 1.0...66.6 g/l of phosphorus, 6.9...57 g/l of potassium, 9.0...19.8 g/l of humic organic substances, 0.20...0.62 g/l of iron, 0.19...0.3 g/l of zinc, 0.19...0.36 g/l of copper, 0.12...0.25 g/l of boron, 0.26...0.32 g/l of magnesium, 0.15...0.37 g/l of manganese, 1.8...3.3 g/l SO, having a pH of 6.8...8.4. According to the invention, the process consists in treating the lignite with a solution of potassium carbonate, treating the solution containing humates with 42% phosphoric acid, decanting and filtering the reaction mass with the purpose of separating fulvic and humic acids in solution, the solution is neutralized, treated with borax, additivated with mezo- and micro-elements complexed with EDTA disodium salt; urea being added to the solution. Separately, the cake from the filtration of humic acids, which contains humic acids and potassium phosphates, is treated with potassium carbonate and the solution of potassium humates which is additivated in a similar manner, thereby preparing fertilizers containing humic acids, mono- and dipotassium phosphate, amide nitrogen and organic nitrogen and mezo- and micro-elements. The fertilizer is usually applied in 2-3 treatments, in a concentration of 0.25...2% and, depending on the application manner, in an amount of 50...150 l/ha or 250...1500 l/ha. |
