The invention relates to a process for preparing biofuel for Diesel-type engines. According to the invention, the process consists of the transesterification of soy oil with 14...17% methyl alcohol as related to the volume of oil, and sodium hydroxide dissolved in ethyl alcohol, at a temperature of 58...62°C, for 55...65 min, followed by the separation of raw glycerine and alkaline water, next the resulting product is dried and filtered, to result purified biodiesel fuel. |
