abstract The invention relates to a cream for the treatment of anal fissures. According to the invention, the cream consists of 2...4% diltiazem, 2% hydrocortisone acetate, 2...4% lidocaine hydrochloride, 33 ml of sunflower oil, olive oil or maize oil and anhydrous lanolin for the remainder up to 100 g, the oily component being possibly additivated by admixing, upon boiling, 10 g of dry marigold flowers, 10 g of chamomile, 10 g of pine buds, 10 g of poplar buds and 10 g of juniperus.
