titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A PREPARATION BASED ON LACTOBACILS
abstract The present invention relates to a process for producing a preparation based on lactobacilli having a strictly determined microbiological and chemical composition with application in pharmaceutical and nutritional supplements industry. According to the invention, the process consists in the static submerged cultivation of a strain of Lactobacillus in a discontinuous system on a nutritive system containing 1...2% glucose, 0.5...1% peptone, and 1...3% yeast extract thereby resulting a dry biomass preparation. The parameters indicated for growing the biomass are: a temperature of 37...40°C, the pH resulting after sterilizing the medium, duration of 46...48 h, static culture in Erlenmayer flasks. The microbial preparation is obtained after three centrifugation steps, the first having a duration of 40...60 min at a speed of 3000 rpm and a temperature of 4...6°C, and the next two having a duration of 40...60 min at a speed of 5000 rpm and temperature of 4...6°C, the sediment of interest being washed with distilled water between the centrifugation steps.
