The preparation according to the invention comprises flaxseed oil, hemp seed oil, neurillase seed oil, in association ratios of 47.0 ... 47.5: 32.0 ... 33.0: 18. 18.5 parts by weight per 100 g of preparation, together with excipients acceptable to the pharmaceutical industry. The process according to the invention consists in introducing the raw materials in a mixer in order of decreasing quantities and homogenization for 30 minutes, after which the mixture is introduced into a capsule filling device.
