titleOfInvention ANTI-HIV RENAL DISEASE FILTER AND TREATMENT MONITORING SYSTEM, WHICH USES
abstract The invention relates to a kidney dialysis filter, adapted to patients diagnosed with acquired immune deficiency syndrome, and to a renal dialysis monitoring system utilizing it. According to the invention, the filter consists of a body (1), end elements (2 and 3) for fixing a semipermeable membrane bundle (4), inlets and outlets of the dialysis fluid wash the semipermeable semipermeable membranes (4) with the flow direction of the blood, and some nozzles (7 and 8) connecting the arteriovenous set of the extracorporeal bloodstream; the central part of the filter is rectangular in shape, with ceramic piezoelectric ultrasound transducers (T) mounted on the side surfaces, generating ultrasounds with a frequency and power specific for the destruction of viruses and microorganisms. The monitoring system comprises the kidney dialysis filter (F) according to the invention which transmits, via a control system (Cu) of the ultrasonic transducers (T), some information (I3) to an expert system (SE) other information (I1 and I2) from a blood sample analyzer (A1 and A2), all the information being processed by the expert system (SE) based on some databases (BD) and knowledge bases (BC), as well as a personal card (CP) storing the general and specific medical data of a dialysis patient (B); after processing, the expert system (SE) issues some recommendations that can be viewed on a screen (E) as well as some optical and / or acoustic warning signals,
