titleOfInvention COMPACT MEASURING SPECTROMETER FOR DETECTION OF NEGLIGENCE, USING HELIOS
abstract The present invention relates to a compact mass spectrometer which can be used in a helium leak detector or in plasma physics experiments in the mass range of 1 ... 18 u.am. According to the invention, the spectrometer consists of an ion analysis chamber, in which two permanent magnets (1 and 2) are placed, the analysis chamber being formed by a non-magnetic wall (3), magnetic (4 and 5) and a magnetic circuit closure piece (6) between the two magnets (1 and 2), a modular, removable ion beam generator mounted on a flange (15), an alternating, modular forming device ion beam mounted on another flange (16), a removable, modular ionic current measuring device mounted on a third flange (14) and comprising a diaphragm assembly (26), an ion collector (27) , electromotive resistors (28) and an integrated circuit (29) electrometric amplifier.
