titleOfInvention DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETECTING SPECIFIC VIRAL-ANTI-CORRECTION ANTIGEN INTERACTIONS BY DETERMINING CONTACT ANGLE
abstract The present invention relates to a method and a device for determining the presence of proteins which are antibodies or pathogens for use in medical diagnosis. The method according to the invention involves determining the angle of contact of the water with nanostructured substrates, finally having the functional group protein that specifically interacts with the protein to be identified. Determination of the contact angle is achieved by the proper processing of optical droplets of water droplets, allowing the assessment of the feed and recession angles. The device according to the invention is shown in two variants: in the first embodiment, the device comprises layers of (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APES), suberated disuccinimidyl (DSS) and protein that interact specifically deposited successively on a glass plate; In the second embodiment, the device comprises a glass plate on which a nanostructured SiO2 layer is deposited, and then the layers of APES, DSS and the protein that specifically interact.
