abstract The invention relates to a powder having hemostatic, antiseptic, wound-healing and regenerative capacities. According to the invention the powder comprises a biocompatible matrix system of pharmaceutic fibrin as fine powder in which 0.5...1% sulphonamide, 25...30% lactose, 3...5% anhydrous magnesium carbonate and 10...20 ppm colloidal silver as very fine powder having a purity of 99.95% and a grain size of 10...80 nm are incorporated.
