The invention relates to a potentiometric sensor for measuring the silver concentration of liquid samples of different origin, and to a process for the realization thereof. The sensor according to the invention has a body () provided with a cover () and, at the opposite end of the cover (), is a conductive copper support which is bonded to the body (e) with epoxy resin, and on one of the faces (A) is bonded to the support (), and on the other side of the support () is formed a polyethylene vinyl (PVC) selective polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plasticized with diethylhexyl sebacate (DOS) a composition comprising an ionophore, namely 5,10,15,20-tetrakis- (3-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin, and a lipophilic additive, potassium tetrakis (4-chlorophenyl) borate, the PVC: porfirin mass ratio : DOS: additive being 33: 2: 66: 1. |
