abstract | The invention relates to artificial flowers, with the presentation of the method and the equipment for the production of artificial flowers in the field of manufac- turing, by means of which artificial flowers are obtained with a high degree of naturalness, destined for different decorative purposes. The process according to the invention consists in the fact that, by pressing of some contouring devices, some semifabrications (9, 10, 11 and 12) are obtained in sets of 80 ... 100 pieces for each type of dimension necessary for the creation of artificial flowers, moistening, centrifuging, embossing front faces, using a hot rolling machine (M) over a period of 30-40 s, and mounting the component parts, and finally fixing and positioning the petals in their position depending on the petal type, with the clamping piece (23), the positioning holder (25) or the clamping piece (27). According to the invention, the equipment is provided with a contouring device (3) provided with a pressing device comprising eight circular concentric and seven holes (X10) on the pressing plate (X1) being welded a punching punch (X11) with two cross-cut edges, a cut-off punch, made of a tool steel, consisting of a set of welded welded knives which have seven edges (X12) corrugated or circumscribed in a circle arc, seven rectilinear edges (X13) and twenty-eight small (X14) small rectilinear edges. |
