titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING THE NANDROLONE-3-CARBOXIMETILOXIM ALUMINUM BONUS-PHOSPHATESE SERIES (NAND-3CMO-ASB-FA)
abstract The invention relates to a process for the production of the Nandrolon-3-carboxymethyloxime albumin-alkaline bovine-phosphatase enzyme marker (Nand-3CMO-ASB-FA) enzyme used in the ELISA technique. The process according to the invention consists in refluxing Nandrolone with oxyaminoacetic acid in 10% strength ethanolic solution and 10% NaOH for 3 hours, followed by concentration by evaporation and extraction with ethyl ether, and further precipitation with HCl solution with the pH = 2, the obtained nand-3-CMO precipitate was activated with carbodiimide in a mixture of dioxane with water and then reacted with ASB for 24 hours after which the product was purified by dialysis and lyophilization and then is reacted with alkaline phosphatase with the aid of glutaraldehyde as coupling agent to give the desired marker, which is separated by chromatography and stored at 4 ° C.
