abstract The invention relates to a magnetic nanocomposite material, based on magnetite and saccharide, for biomedical applications consisting of a magnetic core with a cubic structure of magnetite type, dimensions 9-18 nm, saturation magnetization Msat &gt; 20 emu / g and coercive field Hc &gt; 70 Oe, encapsulated in a biocompatible polymer, the resulting material having dimensions ranging from 20 to 30 nm, Msat saturation magnetism &gt; 15 emu / g and coercive field Hc &gt; 50 Oe. The process for obtaining magnetic nanocomposite material based on magnetite and saccharide for biomedical applications consists in refluxing a mixture of 0.899-1.55 g of ferric oxalate aqueous solution, 0.346-0.495 g of ferric nitrate and 0.8 g of polymer biocompatible at 80-120 ° C for 10-24 hours followed by addition of ammonia to pH and centrifugation to separate the magnetite-polymer nanoparticles and refluxing the mixture of nanoparticles with 0.012-2.5 g of 2-deoxy- d-glucose and 0.063-2.845 g of biocompatible polymer at 70-80 ° C for 1-12 hours.
