abstract | The invention relates to a process for the preparation of human organs and pathological preparations, which comprises the following steps: - organs are taken from bodies preserved by molding and kept at low temperatures; - fix in 5% formol solution, 24-72 hours, then immerse in solutions with increasing concentrations of formol 5% ... 10% ... 20% ... 30%, for a few days in a few weeks until uniform density, slightly modified color, and blood pressure are no longer flowing, optionally in the presence of glacial acetic acid, picric acid, alcohol, chloroform, acetone, sublimate or potassium dichromate, - remove the preparation of the solution, wash for 3 to 5 minutes under a stream of water and introduce in 2 g of one solution of mercuric potassium carbonate solution, 20 g per thousand of Na or potassium acetate, for 1 ... 3 days, after which the final dissection is done; - washed under a stream of water and introduced into a solution of alcohol or acetone, where it remains between 1 and 5 days; - is preserved in a 5-10% formalin solution in distilled or bidistilled water to which fumaric acid or alcohol may be added; - covered with a layer of gelatin or transparent lacquer; - they are fastened on inscribed fasteners with the help of stainless steel rods passing through preparations without being externalized; are placed in glass jars with formol preservative solution and sealed. |
