abstract The invention relates to an electric power plant with a pollution-controlled mineral fuel intended for the production of electricity. According to the invention, the polarized mineral fuel boiler consists of a reaction chamber (210) passing a fuel, an oxidant and a coolant in a heat exchange relationship with the fuel and with oxidant, the oxidation of said fuel in the reaction chamber being in the range of 700-2000 psia.
