The invention relates to a myorelaxant composition for cervical dilation, pain reduction and shortening of the duration of delivery, and a method of treatment containing a rapid depolarising, quick-release, magnesium ion magnesium magnesia or magnesium sulphate, with or without water sterile and pyrogenic. The method of treatment consists in direct injection into the cervix at 2-4 points of 2.5 ... 5 ml of the composition, the duration of the treatment being 40 ... 60 min, after which the injection of 2-4 may be repeated or until the end of the birth. |
