The invention relates to a flavonoid extract from ginkgo biloba leaves, more particularly to an extract devoid of terpenes and / or with a content rich in flavonoid heterosides. The invention also relates to a flavoring composition containing such an extract and the use of this extract as a flavoring ingredient. The invention finally relates to a process for obtaining a flavonoid extract from ginkgo biloba leaves, substantially devoid of terpenes. à |
