titleOfInvention | PROCEDURE AND COMPOSITION FOR CRYSTAL INHIBITION IN PURIFIED PETROLEUM FORMATIONS |
abstract | The invention relates to a process and a composition for the inhibition of crust in petroleum-bearing formations, used in petroleum production in oil scaffolds. The process for inhibiting crust in oil-bearing formations consists in that the components of the composition are introduced into a unique, homogeneous, preformed or simultaneous, parallel or sequential composition in the rock matrix and the pH of the composition has a value of between 0, 5 and 9 and is controlled such that before the introduction, the components of the composition are in solution and, after injection, into the rock matrix of the formation, and under the conditions of the pH and the predominant or created temperature in the matrix, the pH of the solution reaches a value so that it generates in situ a crust inhibitor precipitate when the crust inhibiting compound (c) is in contact with the soluble salt (b) solution, for which the surface active agent (a) is an ether glycol and the minimum ion concentration of the crust inhibiting compound (c) is 5000 ppm based on the total weight of the composition, and the alkaline pH of the matrix is adjusted by injection, after injection of said composition, a heat sensitive compound, which is urea or a derivative thereof. The composition for inhibiting crust in petroleum-bearing formations according to the invention comprises the glycol ether, which is the surface active agent (a), the water-soluble metal salt (b) selected from the salt of one or more metals, copper, calcium , magnesium, zinc, aluminum, iron, titanium, zirconium, chromium and the crust inhibiting compound (c) having at least two carboxylic acid groups and / or phosphonic acid groups and / or sulfonic acid groups. |
