abstract The procedure for obtaining the Giemsa solution - special analytical reagent consists in dissolving in part by weight of glycerin a part of the weight of the mixture consisting of: eosin yellow, methylene blue and azure A as such or in mixture with azure B at ambient temperature , followed by dilution of the resulting mixture with 80 parts by weight of methanol. The solution obtained has a dry substance content of 0.6 ... 0.8%.
