abstract | The invention relates to a new pharmaco-therapeutic strategy, to an anti-stress, anti-wear and anti-aging drug, and to its process of obtaining. The drug has an etio-pathogenic and homeostatic action, has been preclinically tested and clinically tested in stress-dependent, psychiatric, neurological and geriatric pathology. The drug produces a biological, neuro-metabolic and cellular trophic synergistic composition consisting of the combination of the following active principles: oxidative and catabolic anti-stress: methionine with aminoethanol phenoxyacetates and / or aminoethyl phenoxyacetamides; anti-stress anabolic: hydroxypyrimidinecarboxylates and / or oxopyrrolidineacetamides with potassium, zinc and lithium; vasodilators and normolipids: alcohol and / or nicotinic acid or derivatives thereof, with magnesium and iodine; energoactive and antitoxic: aspartate; fructose; vitamin B1; vitamin B6; phosphate monoacid and sulfate. The method for obtaining the medicament provides for the preparation of the composition in two complementary types of capsules or coated tablets, gastrosoluble and enteric-coated, the latter being enteric coated, the retardation of the vasodilator component of the enteric-coated unit. |
