Amide glucose surfactants having the general formula R2C(O)N-(CH3)CH2(CH2OH)4CH2OH are among the surfactant agents disclosed for the application indicated. The polyhydroxylic fatty acid amide surfactant mentioned is present in the composition in a range of approximately 1% by weight. |
