AN IONIC CONDUCTING MATERIAL IS PRESENTED IN THE FORM OF A POLYMERIC GEL AND RESPECTIVE PRODUCTION METHOD. THE REFERENCED IONIC CONDUCTING MATERIAL IN THE FORM OF A POLYMERIC GEL PRESENTS CONDUCTIVITIES MUCH HIGHER THAN THE STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE, AT MODERATE TEMPERATURES, COMBINEDING THE SAFETY AND STABILITY CONFERRED BY THE POLYMERIC MATRIX (101) OF A NATURAL IONIC LIQUID POLYMER (PNLI), FORMED BY THE GRAFT FROM AN IONIC LIQUID (103) INTO A NATURAL POLYMER (102), WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF FREE IONIC LIQUID (104), DUE TO A DOUBLE CONDUCTIVITY MECHANISM, THROUGH THE MATRIX AND LIQUID COMPONENT. THE PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE REFERRED MATERIAL COMPRISES THE SYNTHESIS OF THE PNLI FOLLOWED BY ITS GELIFICATION. THIS IONIC CONDUCTING MATERIAL IN THE FORM OF A POLYMERIC GEL HAS APPLICATIONS IN ELECTROCHEMICAL DEVICES IN THE ENERGY FIELD. |
